Consider tracking multiple branches for submodules with significant changes outside the mainline/trunk #17

Similar to #16, some projects may store significant changes in secondary or even feature branches. These aren't currently snapshot.

In this case the effort required to manually check and track branches would be far too high, so automation is absolutely mandatory.
