[Feature] Add a Graph Plot Calculator

Description

It will basically take an equation of 2 variables from the user, and it will provide the plot or graph for the equation to the user.

Please assign me this issue under iwoc2025 hard section.
Because it will take use of 2 libraries to integrate on the Web.
