 USC BedGraph Converter utilizes UCSC bedGraphToBigWig software and is available for commercial use, 
 it is requested that the below citation is used in any published work(s):

of large distributed data sets. Bioinformatics. 2010 Sep 1;26(17):2204-7.

    The intended use of the following software is for academic, research, personal , non-commercial and commercial use;
    not intended for the diagnosis, treatment, or care for any animal or any human.

                                               LICENSE AGREEMENT

    The user agreed licensing agreement is between this application and the user, and not Illumina, i.e.  the Native 
Application is responsible for all routines related to the application; Illumina is not  responsible for the 
maintenance, performance, or results of this application.  
    The software is intended to process data within BaseSpace with granted access, or ownership, permissions only. 
Data sharing within BaseSpace can be processed if and only if access permissions are shared or granted.  Both Illumina,
and USC BedGraph Converter are not responsible for any data outside BaseSpace, and are both not responsible for any data
shared or processed amongst users. The software is not intended to alter access permissions, share data, or change how 
the data is stored within or outside BaseSpace.  It is the users responsibility to protect access permissions, and
processed data stored within or outside BaseSpace.  
     There is no warranty for USC BedGraph Converter, and is presented "as is", but can be subject to revisions at any
time in the future. It is important to note that the USC BedGraph Converter is an application intended for research use
only,and not intended for diagnosis, treatment, and/or care for animals or humans in any way. 

    The USC BedGraph Converter may be subject to export laws and regulations.  
    
    USC BedGraph Converter is intended for data stored within BaseSpace and for the use of other BaseSpace Native Apps
with granted shared permissions, Illumina and USC BedGraph Converter are not responsible for any permissions of any
processed data within or outside BaseSpace.  USC BedGraph Converter agrees that 
Illumina is a Third Party beneficiary under the License Agreement.  Lastly, the user must acknowledge
and agree that Illumina are Third Party beneficiaries under the End User License Agreement; Illumina and its 
affiliates are not responsible for the content of, use of, or performance of the Application.  
By agreeing to the End User License Agreement, the user hereby agrees to all of the above statements.
