batocera v33 config fix #11

after batocera v33

start_x.elf and fixup_x.dat files don't exist

You need to edit all config files (config, lcd config, hdmi config)

If not modified, booting will fail

add this ↓
start_file=start4x.elf
fixup_file=fixup4x.dat
