Batocera 40 Case Patch + Safe Shutdown + Dock Switch - WORKING

Hey i've managed to get batocera working with the Retroflag GPI Case 2 and Dock:

So ive put the case display patch files on my repo and the installer for the updated safe shutdown/dock switch is here:

And ive combined the LCD dock switch into the python safeshutdown script, so itll updated the configs if you plug/unplug the dock. Which means itll reboot a little quicker if you switch it off after putting it in the dock or undocking it.

Otherwise if it detects the condition doesnt match the current config it starts up and then has to reboot in the correct config.
