I am trying to find this Windows executable, but the link for on this page is broken:

https://ctrlr.org/pcm-80-editor-librarian/

On the page itself, it says that it is moving to github, but I can't find it there either.

Please help me find it.

Not sure you still need it but I have the panel file. You can export a win exe instance from it:

PCM80 Firmware v1.1_1_5_Hell-O-Kitty_2020-12-24_15-15.bpanelz.zip
