Create pipes drain ME network via ME proxy completely

If an ME network is connected to a create pipe via an ME proxy and this pipe keeps draining after filling its target container, then it will drain all remaining fluid.

I tested it like this:

• create an ME network with 16 buckets of lava
• add an ME proxy
• add a pipe which connects from the proxy into a tank
• start piping the lava into the tank
• when the tank is filled, the fluid network is completely emptied, no matter how much lava was remaining

I'm unsure if this is an issue with this mod or create itself, but the steps above reproduce it in every case, but not with creative storage or tanks ofc.
