Block ticking entity error, when i place a pump on a fluid transmiter

I am playing on a server with my friends, i am the host. And every time any of my friends render a chunk where is a Fluid transmitter. their game just closes and got the crashing error Block ticking entity.

i am playing on 1.19.2

I will send the crash log later, and the modpack i am using later( my friend is offline when i am posting this)
