Currently 1 hour - propose increasing to 24 hours.

In UIs token expiration can generally be handled transparently with refresh tokens. However, in automated use cases - e.g. the GEOSS portal harvester - 1 hour is insufficient for a complete unbroken run.

Note: the latest version of Ory Hydra (1.11.9) supports per-client token lifespan configuration.
