Note that I've removed the details about minimum requirement for source versions and replaced this information by pointing to SAP Note https://me.sap.com/notes/2890171.

I'm not sure yet, if I should combine the prerequisites sections for data flows and replication flows into one for SAP S/4HANA since currently, both sections hold the same content.
