Bug: left sidebar selections not updating correctly #65

On the map view, when you make category selections from the left sidebar, they aren't updated correctly on the map. (I think this bug has something to do with the removal of agencies but I'm not sure how 😬)

(Note that the most up-to-date versions of both UI & API are at the branches feature/api-2)
