Browse evals dropdown gets empty when selecting an option the second time

Go to browse evaluations, select a quarter, and then select a course. Everything is fine. Now, select a different course. The correct information loads, but the dropdown becomes empty (i.e. not the available options, but the "selected option"). Not a major issue but it's not the correct behavior.
