Declare DCAT-AP as application profile?

It is unclear which profile should be listed under "application profile" of a data catalogue -- would it not make sense that this is DCAT-AP 3.0.0 itself? In which case, what is the persistent identifier recommended to use?

@stain if you want to refer to the specification with its release number our recommendation is to use the publication url: https://semiceu.github.io/DCAT-AP/releases/3.0.0/

The namespace uri http://data.europa.eu/r5r refers to the namespace of additional terms created by DCAT-AP to satisfy usecases beyond W3C DCAT.
