Accessing problem to the link for compiling EvoSQL #49

Hi,
I hope to exploit EvoSQL and want to access this link( http://in2test.lsi.uniovi.es/sqltools/sqlrules/?lang=en) for compiling EvoSQL in first github page.
But, this link is blocked.

Do you know why it is not accessible? or is there the alternative way to do?

We can open the link without any problems. How is the link blocked? Could you send a screenshot?
