First of all, no, 1.1.5 is not the latest for 1.20.1, the latest is 1.2.2.
Second, CIT Resewn does not support (neo)forge and sinytra connector, so even if it does not work that's not an issue to fix.

I see you've checked that you are using the latest version CIT Resewn for your Minecraft version and that you are running the mod using Fabric Loader, which both are false. This checklist is not a thing that should be ignored.

Fortunately, as you are playing on 1.20.1, this problem is possible to fix for you. Try to use some citr port for 1.20.1, like this or this, this may help.
