Clear JudgeList of names that return empty visualizations

Currently src/helpers/judgeList.js provides an array for our dropdown options, then those values are used to query our tableau displays. However, some of the names load nothing, either there is no data on the judge or the format isn't the same between the dropdown and tableau visualizations.

TODO: Remove the names the return empty visualizations, only comment out the names since it could be a formatting issue and we do not want to lose the names themselves.
