Pain

There is an inconsistency between the title displayed in the SSW People profile and the title stored in the CRM. This may indicate a bug in the CRM or an issue with the synchronization process between CRM and SSW People.

Acceptance Criteria

1. The title in the SSW People profile should match the title in the CRM.
2. Any changes to the title in the CRM should be reflected in the SSW People profile after synchronization.
3. Investigate and resolve any issues in the synchronization process between CRM and SSW People.

Reproduce Steps

1. Open a profile in SSW People.
2. Check the title displayed in the profile.
3. Open the corresponding record in the CRM.
4. Compare the title in the CRM with the title in the SSW People profile.
5. Note any discrepancies between the two titles.
