Describe the Bug

On Latest Rules page, the Updated Date column displays wrong data

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://ssw.com.au/rules/latest-rules/?size=50
  2. The Updated Date column displays wrong data

Expected Behavior

✅ Done

We fixed this yesterday with a number of improvements to the Azure Functions and PowerShell scripts.

The problem was I left some backward logic in the PowerShell scripts while fixing #1367 🤦🏼‍♂️
