Update/Delete buttons on the Admin Panel should be more visible and distinguishable

The update and delete buttons which are currently on the adminPanelx.jsx located on the screen folder and updates and deletes the referees should be more distinguishable and placed in a better place

In the future, these buttons may cause a problem with other features that will be implemented on the admin panel.
Since these buttons cover most part of the empty space below the referee they may cause implementation issues when other features tried to be added.
