In the base system, the Sneak action, for example, only works against a single targeted creature. Would be amazing to be able to check against multiple creatures and have Perceptive adjust sight for each creature accordingly. (e.g. the Sneaking creature is Undetected to one creature, since it beat that creature's Perception DC, but only Hidden to another creature, since it failed to beat the latter creature's Perception check.)

I already thought about that. I think it would be possible from a graphical point of view but i think the amount of monkey patching required to make all the system automation work accordingly would be a bit of a nightmare, not to mention module compatibility. When i have time, i will take another look at it, but i think the work required to make it work reliable with all the possible interactions would be a bit out of scope.
