Bad connection in EMC gateway portal and cannot view the Collections

[eroma2014]

Copied a directory with 3 files and logged into EMC portal and it was available there. Then while staying logged in, copied another directory with a child directory and files inside and tried to view from the portal Collections page. No collections are there and see error messages [1] and [2] in the console network tab.
