arena rating given

well i will be very thankful if you find some time to fix the arenas :)
first of all if you make arena starting rate to 1000 and mmr to whatever you want(doesn't matter) you have to wait 10 minutes like you are two teams with different rating , this is happening whit two brand new teams with same mmr and same team rating

and second if you make arena team start rating 1000 and mmr 1500 with new teams you will get the opportunity to play but when one of the team wins it says you win 12 rating and actually you get 24

it's kind of confusing ...
