[Feature Request] GUI Compass Allowed Compasses/Items Configuration Settings

Feature description

A configuration option which sets what compasses or items show GUI coordinates.
Perhaps instead of IsCompass() returning all items ending with "compass", it could return all items with a "ShowCoordinates" tag?

I tried compiling my own build to only have the regular compass to show coordinates but I was unable to debug dependency errors with the collective library. If this feature is out of the mod's scope I would appreciate any help making a working modified build for myself.
