Backups

Making this an issue instead of a milestone;

We should have the ability for automatic backups, this can be done (by default) on a per-day basis, by simply creating tarballs of the source files and storing them in a directory, making them easily downloadable/recoverable.

Not sure which milestone this fits, if it should be 1.3, or if it should be any other.
