Can't find the code for generating relations' qustions based on the results of entity extraction

Based on the descriptions of your paper, the relations' questions are generated from the results of the entity extraction, however, I can't find where your code reflect that. In your code, i only get that the evaluation of the relation extraction is based on known entities, but in the test stage, we don't know the entities except they are extracted by our model. So, In this paper, should we regard the RE task as a pipline task, but not a two independent tasks?
