Support-bot is a Discord bot designed for support communities. It uses a thread ticketing system to manage user queries effectively. It uses NLP (Natural Language Processing) to detect when people are asking for help in general and asks them to do so in the appropriate channel.
Follow these steps to install the support-bot:
- Clone the repository using
git clone https://github.com/Shockshwat/support-bot. - Navigate to the cloned repository.
- Run first_run.py. To obtain a bot token, visit Discord Developer Portal.
- Run the bot using run.bat/run.sh.
Once the bot is up and running, it will be able to respond to commands and provide assistance to users in the server. To use the bot, simply type a command in the chat and the bot will respond with the appropriate information.
