The registration page always opens with the page scrolled down

Summary:

When the Register button on the home page is clicked, it takes the user to the bottom of the registration page when it opens.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Go to https://junior.inctf.in
2. Click on the Register button

Expected behaviour:

The registration page should open from the top.

Observed behaviour:

The registration page opens and takes the user to the bottom of the page
