convert osu! beatmap to Ragnarock song
Now only 4k mania beatmap is supported, taiko mode is working in progress

also download ffmpeg: https://www.gyan.dev/ffmpeg/builds/ and add /bin folder to environment variables
replace the directory in main function and excute convert.py
after excuting, there will be a folder in /outputs that you can directly copy it to Ragnarock custom song folder!
