Non-standard definitions of TAWSS of svPost

Another standard way of calculating TAWSS in literature is

which in svPost is stored instead as vshear_pulse/vshear_pulse_wss.

I don't think these labels do a good job indicating what values they actual hold- could we consider something more explicit that matches other definitions of TAWSS in literature? I think this can/has/will cause confusion otherwise.

@eleighschwarz We have to be careful about changing things that have been in svpost since day one. What we can do is document how the results svpost generates are defined.
