The launcher consumes a lot of RAM. #152

For comparsion, on my Pixel 6 with A13 it uses actually 169MB, but the system also say "Maximum was: 560MB". System standard reporting (no third party apps used to check) for the period of one day. |
like how many app icons do you have? |
In my case, 7 widgets (on 2 desktops), 4 icons on desktop, 5 icons in the quick access bar (above the 3 control keys), one folder with 13 icons and another with 15. |

I mean all available app icons if you pull up the drawer, not just those on the home screen. |

The launcher consumes a lot of RAM, usually more than 500MB of RAM is displayed in cached processes. For comparison, other launchers (rootless pixel launcher & lawnchair 12.1) consume about 100MB of RAM on my phone.
