What is being updated:

- Created:

• Added the rotation of speed gauge needle based on the simulator car speed. Resolves Add rotation to speed gauge #3.

- Updated:

• Changed the name of npc car assets to match with the same format as of Sumo. Resolves Same format for naming the npc cars  #6
• Ability to enable or disable junctions in the scene heirarchy without crashing. Closed When a traffic light disabled in hierarchy window, then tool is not working #5
