No valid plugins? #3

somehow the plugin header specification in wordpress must have changed. maybe you find something in the wordpress community? |
The plugin zip seems wrong. The plugin is in a subdirectory with a "deploy.sh" file on the root of the zip file. |
the folder structure follows the requirements of wordpress to upload a plugin to their repository. Can you suggest any changes? |
Hmm... I've never made a Wordpress plugin myself, so I'm not sure. But if you download wp2grav and any other plugin from wordpress.org and compare them you will notice that the directory structure is completely different. I think you need to upload https://github.com/SiteBeez/wordpress-wp2grav-markdown-exporter/tree/master/wp2grav to wordpress and not https://github.com/SiteBeez/wordpress-wp2grav-markdown-exporter Your deploy script should not be commited to wordpress. |
More people with the same... https://wordpress.org/support/topic/installation-fails-no-valid-plugin-found?replies=3 |
workaround: download and extract zip, zip the included wp2grav folder and upload it. |
yes have to uplaod internal wp2grav folder by zipping it first. |
I am getting this error in the export process URL: http://www.swstarone.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wp2grav%2Fwp2grav.php-export
