Regenaret Tooltips/Descriptions imagery with high DPI

These images are currently blurry on high DPI displays, and should be regenerated at a high DPI display.

However, as of now tooltips are too narrow at high DPI displays.

I think it's fine to have them as 96dpi. High DPI screenshots will look blurry on 96dpi screen - I think that there's still a majority that uses 96dpi screens.
