Add overall results for contest/homework for easier submissions track

When students have a lot of homeworks to do with tide deadlines they can easily forget what they've done. And to check and keep track, they have to open the contests full results to see their overall points, and also open the problems one by one to see if they have submissions there and with how many points. To help the students, we can add overall results info in more convenient places.

Also in the Compete mode of the contest we can improve the submissions track further more, by applying different colors to the problems, depending on what state they are - "completed 100/100", "incomplete" (for example 70/100) and "not competed" (0/100) and again next to the timer for the remaining time, we can add the overall results for the logged user.
