Current implementation triggers GXDCH Compliance Service at every run, automatically.

As a user, I already have a set of Gaia-X Credential, I want to get Gaia-X Compliance Credential for. It would be nice, if GX Credential Generator supports a CLI command to receive Gaia-X Compliance Credential for a given set of Gaia-X Credentials.
