[Bug]Weird bar at top in collection

• I found no existing issues matching my bug
• I completely restarted Steam and checked if the bug is still there
• I have checked if I use the latest version

Describe the Bug!

When viewing a specific collection and you scroll down you get a weird ass bar at the top.

Expected Behavior

Idk, not the weird ass bar that clashes with the rest of the theme and doesn't seem to fit.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Open specific collection in library
2. Scroll down
3. Look at top

I have made a custom variant and since I didn't want to wait I just removed it with this:

thanks for the bug report!
it seems that only the divider is taken down instead of the name etc (which is done by steam itself) i'll see if i can change it so that the header is taken down when you scroll
