Search isn't working in our documentation https://spikeinterface.readthedocs.io/en/latest/, I think since the Sphinx v5 -> v7 upgrade (#2861). Thanks Anoushka and Robyn for pointing this out!

Seems to be a conflict between Sphinx and ReadTheDocs. Downgrading Sphinx to v5 or using the default theme fix the problem (locally).
