New filters suggestion for the /pricechanges page

Since the suggested prices were changed recently, and some publishers started to update their prices, it would be nice to have an easy way to track those recent changes.

Right now most of the changes on https://steamdb.info/pricechanges/ are the ones where there's no old price (and in other cases, when there's no new price). Some filter to hide such entries would be useful.

Some other filter ideas:

• Show only price increases / Show only price decreases
• Show only price changes from N %
• Show only known/popular titles (with review count of N+, not sure on the number, but right now most games I saw there had under 10 reviews).
• Show only the base price changes (not the changes from start/end of discount).

Adding sorting by Steam reviews on the app price changes page could also be useful.
