What problem is this feature trying to solve?

When specifing an app id with mutlple parameters (depot,manifest,ugcid,pubfile), Only one value associated can be provided at a time for the duration of the entire program.

How would you like it to be solved?

Providing support for multiple arguments before running the program.

Example:
-app "100 110 120" -depot "101 111 121"

Have you considered any alternative solutions

Using a script might be helpful but cumbersome to setup.
