  1. Интегрировать Twitch API для сбора комментариев с трансляций.
  2. Добавить возможность обращаться к сервису по REST API чтобы на выходе получать значение 0 или 1 (являеется ли слово ругательством)
  3. Обеспечить хранение сырых данных в базе данных (PostgreSQL)

Чем раньше, тем лучше. Желательно чтобы к 10 числу было сохранение данных в бд
