Now that we're introducing more complex slugs like houseguest/bb22/christmas we should consider building a breadcrumb nav for pages that would benefit from sub navigation.

bb22 should exist as a page, probably just a page full of HG cards that link to individual pages

houseguest could be a page listing seasons?
