Pause ⏸ and Stop funktion

It should be possible to Stop or Pause the program. When i use bulk whisper audio to text it takes a lot of capacity on my CPU or GPU and i cant run other thing in case of BSOD. Therefor i would like if possible to stop the transcription and continue at a later stage, the data will be saved so it remembers what was in work when i open again.
Also there must be a Resume Job when there has been a system crash or other interruptions. This is ofcause only when making batch.
It also would be nice to see the process of the the job, maybe the blue color of the file what is being processed could always be at the top of screen, at the moment it dissaperes after the files of the screens has been made and you have no clue how fare its come
