Registry setup issue in windows

Hi, I am trying to setup registry by following this link https://docs.sunbirdrc.dev/use/getting-started/developer-setup in windows PC. I am getting some errors while following the steps in compiling the registry part.
When I run ./mvnw clean install -DskipTests command , I am getting following error

Also, when I run registry init command, getting this error

Can anyone please help? I have installed java, docker, nodeJS, git etc.

Hi, I have solved first problem by using ./mvnw.cmd in the program. That should be the command for Windows. But registry init is still not running

When I run registry init in another mepty directory in windows, it's giving me following error.

√ Successfully copied over necessary files
× An unexpected error occurred while merging multiple env files: Command failed: cat .env-cli >> .env
'cat' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
