What is the bug related to?

Registry Core

What went wrong?

On using operator eq for exact match on search apis with elastic search it returns results which contains the phrase instead of exact string match

i.e. Search for south, it returns results like south east, south west, america south

What did you expect to see?

A bug should not have happened, instead ...
