I think it is a great tool, I want to know if there is a way to control the number of ticket, It automatically creates a long number like on the image:

In Odoo 10 you can modify the next_support_ticket_number field under your company profile to change this number.
In Odoo 11 as of v1.2.14 this functionality has been moved to Settings->Technical->Sequences & Identifiers->Sequences menu it will be the website.support.ticket sequence which gives you more advanced control such as how much the long number increments by.
