i try install voip but i cant see any app integrated with odoo 11

Sorry can you provide more details?

The webrtc part (top right phone icon) should work out of the box for calling internal users.

The SIP stuff is only a client for automated calls with limited support for the few gateways.

The voip_sip_webrtc_twilio will allow real time calls to customers but only works with Twilio gateway.
