Hello,
We are using the module website_support V12 and we are getting a internal server error when a portal user (a customer) tries to reply a ticket from the website view of the ticket.
The traceback is:
odoo.exceptions.AccessError: (The requested operation cannot be completed due to security restrictions. Please contact your system administrator. .\n\n(Document type: Message, Operación: create)', None) - - -
If the portal user is changed to an internal user the error disappears.
Is this the expected behaviour ? Or is a bug?

You can get the latest version from the Odoo app store or my Github just be sure to restart the Odoo service after replacing with the new version to fresh the code.
