Social Feed - Quick UI Improvements

• Reduce Police Page Title to : 12

• Enlarge Search bar, center and reduce line opacity to 50%.
• Make sure it's responsive when the title of the page is larger (left Title)
  After change, it should be like this:

• Reduce Police Feeds Titles Bar to : 12 and delete "Bold" mode.

• Reduce the height of the input text on one line (and align the “character number” on the same line).
