Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Campus-flutter is missing a privacy policy and an overview of the licenses of all used open-source components. Most users will not benefit from any of these, but it creates a significant legal risk not to have it.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add a privacy policy and licenses view and allow to open them using the settings.

Describe alternatives you've considered
None

Additional context
The campus-android app includes these overviews. Maybe it is possible to reuse some parts of it.
