Synchronize german and english API

The APIs are out of sync, they include different days in the same week and use different orders for the same day. This makes it impossible to use both APIs, as there is no way of matching the english name to the german.

Solutions

• Use the same order for both
• Unify into a single API with both name_de and name_en, like LABELS
• Introduce an id which allows joining german and english dish
